What is a prepaid business expense card?
Octalas Prime prepaid expense cards are payment cards that can be used for business expenses and can be managed via our mobile app or online platform. Typical business expenses include software subscriptions, digital marketing ad spend, or employee travel and expenses. The Octalas Prime expense management platform makes it simple for finance teams to track, analyze and control business expenses. Our integration with leading accounting software, Xero, helps to make reconciliation a more efficient process. Frequently referred to as corporate expense cards, corporate cards or business spend cards, our prepaid business expense cards are also a great alternative to traditional company credit cards.
Can I order multiple prepaid business expense cards?
You can order multiple physical or virtual cards on the Octalas Prime platform. These can have individual limits or access a shared budget. Set them up as individual employee cards or specific department cards. A €15 issuing fee applies per physical card. The Octalas Prime platform allows Admins to add, edit or remove users at any time, meaning you can issue new employee expense cards for new employees or expense streams.
